Level 5 — Facility

Video Walkthrough

Objective

Work through the Facility episode’s reception puzzle with your phone, note, and geometry logic, then press into offices and utility spaces. Charge the handset, mirror its puzzle onto the workstation, open the safe for acid and keys, clear the laundry threat for a valve handle, patch the breaker correctly for supplies, surface the elevator keycard, balance pipe pressure, and ride the lift upstairs with card and key together.

Step-by-Step Solution

  1. Reception lock. Collect the wooden stick and mobile phone, then read the slip that pairs the digits 4503 with simple shapes—count sides (a triangle as 3, a circle as 0, and so on) so each slot on the door matches the clue. Confirm the readout and step through the first secured door into the office wing.
  2. Hook pole and power. Inside the office, combine the stick with the wall or desk hook to build a reach tool. Track down a charger or outlet puzzle so the phone regains enough battery for the next minigame—without power, the handset stays a paperweight.
  3. Phone grid and workstation. Solve the logic grid on the phone’s screen to recover the unlock pattern the desktop expects. Apply that gesture on the computer, open the referenced folders, and note the four-digit vault code (such as 9506) left in the documents you are meant to read.
  4. Safe haul. Type the vault combination into the office safe and collect the bottle of strong acid plus the next metal key you need for the restricted washroom door.
  5. Laundry room. Use the washroom key, enter, and deal with the serpent or hazard hiding in the washer—follow the video’s interaction order so the snake clears and you can grab the valve crank destined for the basement pipes.
  6. Breaker and detergents. Back in the corridor, reopen the junction box and route each color or terminal to the number-coded posts until every line locks in cleanly. The reward is typically a grime or stain remover you will use on obscured panels or stuck trays moments later.
  7. Keycard and floor gap. Spray or wipe the gunk away until an elevator access card is exposed, then fish the secondary key out of the floor slot with your hooked pole so both access pieces ride in inventory before the finale.
  8. Acid lock and pressure rack. Pour the acid on the chained service door to dissolve the hasp, descend to the pipe gallery, mount the valve wheel, and tweak each regulator until the quartet of gauges parks inside the green arcs—full pressure restores facility power for the lift.
  9. Elevator exit. Ride to the lobby lift, slide in the keycard, turn the companion key in its cylinder if the UI demands both, and send the car to the second floor to finish the chapter.

💡 Tips & Tricks

  • Shape-digit puzzles want consistent rules—if a zero appears, look for circles or hollow icons before you assume every shape maps to its side count.
  • Whenever a phone minigate appears, scan for a charger hotspot early; backtracking without battery wastes time in large facilities.
  • Labeled wires in breaker boxes usually echo a nearby printout—snapshot the chart before you start swapping leads.
  • Pressure wheels rarely need random spins: move one gauge at a time, wait for the needle to settle, then adjust the next so they do not fight each other off the green band.

⚠️ Common Mistakes

  • Entering the safe code before the PC actually displays it—files must be opened so the digits are confirmed in-world.
  • Skipping the hook assembly and trying to grab the floor key by hand when the slot demands a tool.
  • Balancing only three of four gauges and walking away, which leaves auxiliary systems offline and the elevator unpowered.
