Level 1 — Prison Cell

Video Walkthrough

Objective

Escape your starting prison cell, cross the corridor, restore power in the generator room, survive the control-room fire, then reach the elevator lobby. Read the color-coded clocks around the scene, turn their hands into the elevator code, and open the doors to finish Level 1.

Step-by-Step Solution

  1. Starting cell. Gather tools such as an ice pick, coin, and hook. Work the sink and drain area with those items to obtain the cell-door key, unlock, and step into the corridor.
  2. Corridor. Use the coin like a screwdriver to open a wall panel. Follow the tic-tac-toe clue on the wall to solve the matching puzzle and collect the battery, paperclip, and ladder (exact labels may match your build).
  3. Generator room. Set up the ladder, install the battery, and start the generator. Use a brick to break the glass housing and take the fire extinguisher.
  4. Control room. Put out the sudden fire with the extinguisher, then use pliers or wire cutters to cut free a length of wire you need later.
  5. Elevator lobby. Combine a stick with an oil can; the oil lets you trigger the mechanism, reveal the hidden route, and pick up another key for what comes next.
  6. Elevator code. Note each colored clock and where its hands point. Map those readings to the elevator keypad so each color slot gets the right digit, then enter the full color number sequence.
  7. Exit. When the elevator accepts the code, the doors open—Level 1 is complete and you can continue the episode.

💡 Tips & Tricks

  • Think combo-first: one item often has two jobs (for example the coin as a pry or screwdriver, the brick to smash glass).
  • Scan the whole room before tapping—graffiti, wall games, and clocks are usually literal clues, not decoration.
  • For the finale, settle which color belongs to which dial position before typing the code; mis-mapping is the usual stall point.
  • If you are stuck, jump to the same room in the embedded video; the route is linear—cell, corridor, generator, control, elevator.

⚠️ Common Mistakes

  • Trying the corridor puzzle without lining it up to the tic-tac-toe hint—recheck the wall before forcing tiles.
  • Misreading clock hands or swapping two colors when building the elevator code.
  • Skipping the generator chain (ladder, battery, extinguisher), which blocks the control-room and elevator progress later.
